Xrays.Dental makes it easy to view and export a patient’s full X-ray history for reviews, referrals, or backups. You can access previous radiographs directly from the Imaging Workspace (the black window used for X-ray viewing and capture).

 

Follow these steps to export a patient’s X-ray history:

 

Step 1: Search and Select the Patient

 

From your Patient List, search for the patient using:

• Patient ID

• First/Last Name

• Phone

• DOB or Gender

Click on the matching result. You’ll be taken to the Imaging Workspace.

 

Step 2: View Previous X-rays

 

At the top of the Imaging Workspace, locate the Previous Image Dates dropdown.
This section shows a list of all past X-rays captured or uploaded for that patient — organized by date and time.

Click on any date to view the associated images instantly.

 

Step 3: Export the X-ray History

 

Once the desired image(s) load:

• Use the available download/export icon or right-click options (depending on your browser/device)

• Save the file(s) in your preferred format for sharing or record-keeping

📁 Tip: For full patient history export, you may download images one by one by selecting dates from the list.
