Over time, stored cache files (like temporary images or scripts) may become outdated or conflict with updates to the Xrays.Dental platform.

 

When Should You Clear Cache?

 

  • You're seeing outdated data or missing images

  • Changes aren’t showing up after updates

  • Pages are loading slowly or appear broken

  • You're asked to "refresh" by support

 

How to Clear Cache by Browser

 

🔹 Google Chrome (Windows/macOS)

 

  1. Click the three dots (⋮) in the upper-right corner

  2. Go to More tools > Clear browsing data

  3. Choose Time range: All time

  4. Check "Cached images and files" (no need to clear passwords)

  5. Click Clear data

 

🔹 Mozilla Firefox

 

  1. Click the menu (☰) > Settings

  2. Select Privacy & Security

  3. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data

  4. Check Cached Web Content, then click Clear

 

🔹 Safari (Mac)

 

  1. Click Safari in the menu bar > Preferences

  3. Click Remove All > Confirm by clicking Remove Now

Or simply restart your app/device after a cache-heavy session.

 

After Clearing Cache

 

  • Reload the Xrays.Dental web page

  • Re-login if prompted

  • Your recent updates should now appear correctly
