Clear Cache to Keep Xrays.Dental Running Smoothly
Clearing your browser or app cache regularly ensures Xrays.Dental runs smoothly, loads quickly, and avoids unexpected glitches.
Over time, stored cache files (like temporary images or scripts) may become outdated or conflict with updates to the Xrays.Dental platform.
You're seeing outdated data or missing images
Changes aren’t showing up after updates
Pages are loading slowly or appear broken
You're asked to "refresh" by support
Click the three dots (⋮) in the upper-right corner
Go to More tools > Clear browsing data
Choose Time range: All time
Check "Cached images and files" (no need to clear passwords)
Click Clear data
Click the menu (☰) > Settings
Select Privacy & Security
Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data
Check Cached Web Content, then click Clear
Click Safari in the menu bar > Preferences
Go to the Privacy tab > Click Manage Website Data
Click Remove All > Confirm by clicking Remove Now
If you're using Xrays.Dental on a tablet or smartphone, go to your browser’s settings and choose "Clear Cache" or "Clear Site Data" from the privacy menu.
Or simply restart your app/device after a cache-heavy session.
Reload the Xrays.Dental web page
Re-login if prompted
Your recent updates should now appear correctly
